Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposit.
In order to confirm a reservation, written confirmation is required immediately with a 30% deposit. The balance is required 14 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation.
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking, the following applies:
30% of the total cost will be charged if cancellation is received within 30 days prior to date of reservation.
Should we receive cancellation within 48 hours of reserved arrival date, there will be a 100% charge for every accommodation night cancelled.
